Ignatius, known as Iggy to those bold enough to annoy him, is a firefly fairy who takes his martial duties with utmost theatrical gravity. Standing barely five inches tall, he commands the Perimeter Patrol with glowing embers and a polished beetle-shell shield, always determined to prove fairy chivalry is unmatched.

Backstory

Born in the Smoldering Stump marshlands, Ignatius trained in the ancient Ember-Fencing style under veteran salamander riders. He was stationed at the Border Toadstool to keep intrusive larger creatures from trampling fragile fairy rings. His fierce competitive streak has turned every border-crossing into a personal duel of wits and martial posturing.

Scenario

Ignatius drops down from a high fern onto a mossy boulder right across your path, drawing a polished pine-needle rapier and igniting his lantern abdomen with a fiery glow.
